Rococo Residence - Colombo

Clean and spacious rooms, great rooftop pool.

No complains at all, I had a nice stay and would stay here again. It was good in all ways. It was located in a nice area close to a really lovely park.

We loved this apartment, especially its easy location. Staff was accommodating, helped us with everything.

Spacious & quieter than expected, close to tourist attractions. Nice roof area with pool. Enjoyed having a fully-equipped kitchen in the apartment for convenience. the staff at the reception and security were very helpful and made us feel safe and at home.

This issue may be resolved with the reopening of the hotel's restaurant. the shower area floor tiles were slippery when wet, which was a safety concern, especially for older guests.

A perfect base for sightseeing in Colombo. The staff - amicable and polite. Magnificent and easy location - extremely close to Liberty Plaza.

the location was excellent and great - just a walk to chabad of sri lanka. had a beautiful and absolutely perfect room for the kitchen to ourselves. staff was lovely at any hour.

Convenient location, spacious apartment with basic kitchen equipment. Simple to use washing machine and lovely rooftop pool with great views. Affordable price and friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even surprising my mum on her birthday. Clean and comfortable accommodation, highly recommended.

Met what was needed, I would come there again and recommend. All in all, it is brilliant base for staying in Colombo. Rooms here are beautifully maintained for the kitchen. This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the shopping district, just a short walk away from the bustling mall. the famous Mango Tree restaurant is conveniently situated right across the street, offering delicious dining options. being located in the business district makes it an ideal choice for business travelers. the spacious rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay after a busy day of sightseeing. the friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

The three-bedroom suite at Rococo Residence was perfect for our needs, especially as a light sleeper. We had plenty of space to relax and lounge around, with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. the decor was lovely, and the apartment was centrally located in the city. the rooftop pool was a great addition and perfect for enjoying the evening breeze. Staff was fantastic and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. They even assisted with airport transfers and provided helpful advice on late-night food supplies. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We were amazed by the rooftop pool at Rococo Residence! The views were fine, especially during sunset. The spaciousness of our apartment was also a huge plus, with a kitchen, living room, and two ensuite bathrooms. The location was convenient too, with a mall and food hall just a short walk away. The staff provided excellent service and even brought breakfast right to our apartment. we highly recommend this hotel for its superb accommodation and fantastic facilities.

This little apartment had all the comforts we needed, including a small kitchen and a comfy lounge. The washing machine was really handy. The location was nice, close to a lovely park. It was a quick 5-minute Uber ride to busier areas like Galle Face Green. We were also close to a very interesting temple. The rooftop pool was small but had great views.

Felt really welcomed, no reason to complain.
